| This
program was established because of my son Daniel who was born with
a Chronic Lung Disease. These people help fulfill our dream by enabling
us to redesign the lung patients playroom, for the children to play
in, while attending The Hospital For Sick Children.
The expansion of this program is underway with playrooms
or equipment being bought through funds. Each playroom cost $50,000.
Follow the link above to see the people, companies
and schools that are helping to make this dream a reality.

Crafting
for a Cure - Mandate |
|
|
|
| This
program was started because my son's sister always wanted to make
crafts for him while he was at the hospital. This was found to be
therapeutic for all to enjoy. Crafting is a medium for all regardless
of their illness.
The following companies and people have donated
crafts to help all children and their families to craft with while
they are at the hospital.
We always
accept new and unused crafts.
This program is currently running in 5 hospitals in Canada.

Crafting
For A Cure is a company that was created to raise money for The
Hospital for Sick Children, specifically the pulmonary department.
We plan to:
1. Re-design
the lung playrooms
2. Supply crafts for all children to craft with
3. To raise money to find a cure for Chronic lung disease

Donations |

This is a
“donate a dollar” program where the hosting stores
request dollar donations from their customers.
For this donation
the customer is provided a cutout of a "sun" which they
print their names on and the hosting store puts on the wall of
recognition.
We like to
thank the stores for hosting this program and we thank everyone
who has donated a dollar to make this program a success.
The monies
raised from this are split between helping with the Lung Savers
and Committed to Crafting programs.
