July 26, 2007 - Toronto Argonauts support Crafting For a Cure
Buy your tickers through the Argos and $5.00 from each ticket comes back to support our cause.
You can purchase your ticket to the game by contacting: Liz Palermo at 416 341 2742 – you can also fill out the form and fax or email it in.
We are very excited that the Toronto Argonauts will be hosting a “Craft Drive” on game day – so bring your NEW/UNUSED craft items to the game and put it in the colourful bins provided. Need a suggestion of a craft item – stickers, beads, scrapbooking supplies, pre-packaged craft kits, crayons, colouring books – just to name a few.
Now don’t forget to arrive to the game early and enjoy creating a craft. You can also listen to great music from our Sponsor 97.3 EZ Rock

May 7-11, 2007– K4K
Kilometers for Kids - Enroll your school into an amazing fundraiser to help Creating Breathing Space, Committed to Crafting and your own School. Your school splits the monies raised. This is also the first program to run with kids participating from “The Hospital For Sick Children” Prizes to be won from the following companies :Toronto Argos, Swarovski, Microsoft and more…..

•April 20-22, 2007– Creativ Festival
We will be there selling our cards, shirts and lungs – also accepting donations
We will also be setting up a “craft donation drive” - bring your new and unused crafts to help benefit our committed to crafting program
Finally we are having an area for you to come and help make craft kits for the kids to use at the hospital

•February 4, 2007– meet Toronto Argos and Cheeleaders
-be entertained from DooDoo The Clown
-enjoy playing a new game called “Freaky Flickers”

•January 27 – February 4, 2007 Vaughan Mills
Crafting Daily

• August 26, 2006– from 10am-10pm.
Chapters is hosting Crafting For A Cure’s Kick Off fundraiser to re-design the lung playroom. There will be numerous authors doing question and answers, story time, and signing. The longest running show in Toronto is based out of Sick Kids. This is the first time that they are leaving the “bear theatre” to perform on this day.

• September 15, 2006
Kick off a Mural Painting contest. – we will be looking for artist to paint murals in HSC lung playroom. Mural submissions must be submitted by October 31. Winner will be announced November 21.

• October 19-22, 2006
Creative Sewing and Needlework festival. Come out and do a craft. Or you can purchase some of our products.
